Terms & conditions.

RadEx Worldwide Express (“RadEx”) provides courier and logistics services under the following conditions. Handing over a shipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Inspection Rights

• RadEx has the right, but not the obligation, to inspect and/or open any shipment at its discretion or when required by law or regulatory authorities.
• RadEx shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage arising from such inspection.

Service Limitations

RadEx is not responsible for service delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, force majeure, or natural disasters.
• Road blockages, strikes, or civil commotion.
• Acts or omissions of customs, public authorities, or regulatory agencies.
• Unavailability or refusal of the recipient to accept delivery.
• Any other cause beyond RadEx’s reasonable control.

Prohibited & Restricted Articles

RadEx will not carry or accept liability for:

• Non-customs-cleared, illegal, or narcotic items.
• Unsealed or improperly packed parcels.
• Liquids and glass (accepted only at the shipper’s risk).
• Mobile phones, traveller’s cheques, bearer cheques, cash, jewellery, and passports.
• Any article prohibited by the law of Pakistan.

Packing & Documentation

• Shipments must be properly packed with accurate, sufficient documentation.
• RadEx is not responsible for damage, delay, or claim resulting from improper packing, incomplete information, or misdeclaration by the shipper.

Liability & Insurance

• Unless the shipper declares a higher value and purchases insurance, RadEx’s maximum liability per shipment is PKR 100 (one hundred rupees).
• When insured, RadEx’s liability is limited to the insured value.
• Shippers are strongly advised to insure valuable shipments. Uninsured loss, theft, or damage is at the shipper’s risk.

Claims & Reporting

• Claims must be lodged in writing within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by RadEx’s proof of delivery.
• Claims submitted after 15 days will not be entertained.
• RadEx is not responsible for consequential or indirect loss, loss of profit, interest, or taxes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• All disputes or claims fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

Regulatory Compliance

• The shipper/consignee is solely responsible for satisfying customs or other legal requirements.
• RadEx, its employees, agents, and franchisees bear no responsibility for any regulatory non-compliance by the shipper.

Important: Always insure valuable or fragile goods. The company shall not be responsible for breakage, theft, or loss of uninsured consignments.
